We do not collect or process personal data unnecessarily. This policy applies to visitors of our websites and applications, candidates who receive our career services (“Talents”) and corporate clients who wish to recruit the available Talents provided by us (“Clients”).  This privacy policy (the “Policy”) sets out important information about the rights in relation to the processing of personal data, and the basis on which any personal data we collect or is provided, will be processed in connection with the use of the provided services of engaging and managing remote Talent (the “Services”).

Information you give us

  • Data of Clients

Business Data. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our Site or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you use our Site, register for, subscribe to or use the Services and/or when you participate in and respond to our sign-up or other surveys or report a problem with our Site and/or the Services.

The information you give us may include:

  • Identity Data: your company name, address, e-mail address, phone number, directors, appointed representatives, other relevant employees and affiliates;
  • Financial Data: your company financial and credit card information, including bank account and payment card details, billing contact email address, and VAT number;
  • Requirements Data: your Talent requirements regarding the Services such as jobs descriptions, industry specific requirements, work permits or licenses, any related communication shared by you which is related to the engagement job for the assigned Talent, etc.;
  • Feedback Data: information or feedback derived from the interview process either given by you or the Talent;
  • Data of Talents

Personal Data. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our Site or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you use our Site, register for, subscribe to or use the Services and/or when you participate in and respond to our sign-up or other surveys or report a problem with our Site and/or the Services.

The information you give us may include:

  • Identity Data: your full name, PAN, passport number, personal photo, date of birth, citizenship, e-mail address, phone number, address, title, and personal description. If you desire, you can also provide us with personal data such as race, ethnicity, and/or gender;
  • Financial Data: your financial and credit card information, including bank account and payment card details, billing contact email address, and VAT number;
  • Experience Data: your job experience, Curriculum Vitae (“CV”), job resume, lingual proficiencies, work authorizations;
  • Feedback Data: information or feedback derived from the interview process either given by you or the Client.

The information we collect

Automatically Collected Information. With regard to each of your visits to our Site we will automatically collect the following information:

  • Technical Data: technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type, and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, how often you use the application and other performance data which may be subject to analytics software;
  • Usage Data: information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through, and from our site (including date and time), products you viewed or searched for, page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and any phone number used to call us; and.

No special categories of personal data: We do not require or collect any personal data that is your sensitive personal data or any special category of personal data unless you decide to provide this information to us.

No personal data of minors: We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone younger than age 18. If we become aware that a child younger than 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our files. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child younger than age 18 and believe that NeatHire has collected Personal Information from your child, please contact us at the provided email address below. Information collected from Third parties about you will be combined with the information you have provided us for the provision of the Services and we will treat that combined information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  • Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
